Returns Policy
Product Quality
As all of our products and packaging have been designed based on user feedback and in house, at Studio Aung, we go out of our way to ensure each and everyone of our products are up to standard both at the manufacturing stage and before we dispatch any items to customers.
Returning an Item / Items
Contact Studio Aung at hello@studioaung.com if you need to return a product, only after we have been informed can we process your return and refund.
As standard, we offer customers 14 days to return products that are seen to be faulty or not what they ordered. Customers must ensure that the product hasn't been opened, used or tampered with before returning.
Customers must cover the cost of postage based on the prices above or as per the carrier (postage company you decide to use).
Refunds are issued 2 days after the item / items have been processed by Studio Aung on item / items return
